We offer three models: Steady Support (40h/month retainer), Enterprise Capacity (160h/month retainer), and Expert On-Demand (flexible, 20h minimum). Each is designed around different business needs — from ongoing stability to urgent capacity spikes.
Not necessarily. Our Steady Support package runs on a monthly rolling commitment with a 30-day cancellation notice. Expert On-Demand has no long-term commitment at all. Only Enterprise Capacity requires a 6-month minimum.

For On-Demand engagements, we can typically mobilize within 3–5 business days. For retainer packages, we begin after a brief onboarding process to ensure alignment on priorities and access.
Our default delivery model is remote. On-site presence can be arranged separately for Enterprise Capacity engagements when needed.
